  • Manage staff for registration, hospitality / information and hospitality desks
  • Manage off-site events including transportation restaurants, and tournaments
  • Collection of all event documentation, (registration forms, evaluations, tickets, etc.)
  • Budget management
  • Order vip gifts and promotional pieces
  • Order signs, banners
  • Coordinate spouse and / or children's activities
